Location - US

•        9-10 years experience, with at least 7-8 years on client facing side

•        Expertise in requirements gatherings & business analysis

•        Defining program objectives, conducting senior level (director & upwards) stakeholder workshops, getting consensus across multiple stakeholders & driving workshops to achieve the required goals

•        Functional specifications

•        Very strong communication skills, presentation skills

•        Mature & presentable

•        Ability to interact at the C level

•        Working knowledge of BI/MOSS (can be ramped up on this part, if he/she doesn’t have the knowledge). Intent is that if:

•        Client asks for something, he/she should be able to mentally map the requirement back to MS BI/MOSS & accordingly drive the conversation further.

•        Alternatively, he/she should be able to suggest that the technology platform offers xyz stuff, and see whats relevant for client needs

•        Knowledge of financial industry, specifically insurance, is a plus

•        Overall smarts with a good attitude

•        Geo: stay in US till June 2010
