Skills Required:
· Solid hands-on experience in requirements engineering, data modeling, business process/ performance management
· Expert in the field of business analysis, process re-engineering, business process modeling, streamlining and decision support systems to manage, develop and test distributed client-server, internet and intranet applications on heterogeneous environments
· Experience in developing Object Oriented use case diagrams, analysis model, data flow diagrams and behavior diagrams and class diagrams
· Served as a liaison to the business segment, clearly articulating information and facilitating communication between development, technical, and functional personnel
· Excellent organizational, technical, leadership and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical/ problem solving skills
· Ability to work at CXO and VP level to gather and organize information on problems or procedures
· Work with engineering team to define application architecture
· Good knowledge of MOSS
· 9-10 years experience, with at least 7-8 years on client facing side
· Knowledge of financial industry, specifically insurance, is a plus
