Aditi Technologies a leading provider of outsourced software services located in Seattle, WA and other cities in the US with a development center in Bangalore. Aditi has revenues of $80Mm, the company has aggressive growth plans (> 50% year on year) and is driving hard to a listing in the public market over the next 12-18 months. Aditi has a key partnership with Microsoft for delivering state of the art solutions to Enterprises and ISV’s on emerging technologies and platforms. To support this growth, Aditi is looking for smart and energetic sales manager to cover the Western region in the US. The candidate will be located in the Seattle area covering the western region spanning WA, CA, Nevada and other neighbouring markets. Some of the key attributes of this individual are as follows:
· 10+ years of sales, account and relationship management skills in the software industry
Experience in the software services business or Consulting (outsourcing, off-shoring skills desirable)
· Understanding of the software development lifecycle
· Passion for technology, preferably the Microsoft platform
· Ability to engage with the CIO/CTO/IT Director / VP Engineering
· Business acumen: Industry and domain knowledge
Education:-
Graduate degree in Engineering and/or Management
This position will report to the Managing Director of Aditi Global Services business.
Mandatory: - US work permit needed.
