·         MS SharePoint Architect with Solid background of architecting solutions, with very good communication skills as he will be interacting with the client too.

·         Has to have offshore model understanding because he would be working with our team back in B’ lore.

·         Must have the understanding and exposure to the full life-cycle of enterprise engagements including deployment, security, operations, change management, etc.

·          Must have the skills of understanding the customer’s business drivers and how those drive technical trade-off decisions.

·         Must know the appropriate use of MOSS as a data repository
