Aditi Technologies is a leading provider of outsourced software product development services & enterprise solutions with offices in Seattle, NJ and other cities in the US, with a development center in Bangalore. Aditi has revenues of $80Mm, the company has aggressive growth plans (> 50% year on year). Aditi has a key partnership with Microsoft for delivering state of the art solutions to ISVs and Enterprises on emerging technologies and platforms. To support this growth, Aditi is looking for smart and energetic engagement management professionals to cover US based accounts, focused on the east coast. Some of the key attributes of this individual are as follows: 

·         5-6 years of engagement management experience in the software industry (managing US based clients) 

·         Experience in the software services business or consulting (outsourcing, off-shoring skills) 

·         Understanding of the software development lifecycle & software implementation

·         Ability to manage complex projects

·         Ability to engage with senior & executive management  & form strong customer relationships.

·         Ability to engage at the strategy level & help operationalize it.

·         Ability to span business and technical issues 

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills 

·         Ability and willingness to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment 

·         Ability to lead teams and work across multiple stakeholders across different functions

·         Passion for technology, preferably the Microsoft platform

Nice to have:

Experience with Collaboration tools (MOSS), Business Intelligence tools, and hosted services

Education:-

Graduate degree in Engineering and Management (preferably) .

Note: Prefer folks with IIT/IIM background. If not, then second rung India colleges (REC, etc.), second rung B-schools.

Mandatory: - US work permit needed.
