Azaleos employs an Agile Lean development methodology to build scale-out, high-availability systems and applications leveraging AJAX, code generation, nHibernate on the Microsoft technology platform. All Azaleos developers must be polyglots working in C#, Javascript, PowerShell and other languages.

Prospective employees must have a strong educational and practical background in systems, object-oriented, SOLID, and/or interaction design principles. Effective verbal and written communication skills are also critical.
